I was booking a flight ticket from Delhi to Pune on 26th December for travel date 07 jan 2018. while making the booking i had selected the Air Asia Flight that departs at 10:40 pm, I had cross checked 2 times before making the payment that I have selected the right flight. but after the payment was completed i got a ticket of a vistara flight that departs at 00:40 am.I called the MMT call centre right after observing the discrepancy in ticket, but i was told it takes 24 hours for logs to get generated, and after checking these logs only they will be able to ascertain whose fault is was.
on 27th december again i called MMT and all they say is that logs are showing it is my fault. I have been trying to get this issue resolved by calling to MMT and writing E-Mails but there is no positive response. All they say is that it was my mistake that i chose the wrong flight. I even asked the Call centre people to connect me to someone senior who has more authority to deal with such grievances, but no one transferred my call.
Now if i have to book the flight tickets again, i will have to pay arounf 8-9000 for a ticket that i was getting for around 3500/- Highly irresponsible behaviour from MMT support team.
