I had a flight ai 127 from hyd to chicago USA on 6 Sep 2017 when I REACHED THE airport and went to check in only 2 counters open with almost 30 passengers after 30 minutes in air I called a employee by name AxxxN JxxxxN with walkie talky in her hand I informed her I am getting late and want the flight on time she ignored my request I had to be in line for another 30 minutes in line and when I REACHED THE COUNTER for check with 25 minutes for the flight the employee by name KxxxR I don’t know his full name told me you are no show at G3 and removed me from the que even after requesting him. Now I called the customer care 2 to 3 time to help me spoke with employee name AxxxO over the phone they ignored my request and made me pay almost RUPEES 42000 and reissued me ticket kindly Resolve this matter.
