Yamaha vehicle paper not update even after one month

Myself soumendu basak, I have purchased a product of yamaha, which has delivered to me on 06-09-2020 , vide invoice. Your dealer intend to deliver the related papers after 45 days. Now ,what will I do with this machine without insurance, rto etc papers, or why don’t they confined it to their showroom. Is it reliable that paper to make will take 45 days ? please take nesseary action as soon as possible.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-.
