This is a 1.5 ton window AC which was delivered on time i.e 15-june however as per flipkart terms AC installation process need to be done by flipkart only unless sellers warranty will lapse. Installation process need to complete by 17th june but I didn’t get any information regarding installation when I informed this to Flipkart customer service they declined to accept complain with reason that I have to wait till 17-june EOD.
After this time I raised complain again and they mentioned your complain may resolve by 21st june.
However I still didn’t get any information regarding this.
I am paying interest on EMI of this AC and bought this with the expectation that they will install this by Sunday.
Things are not going as per commitment I also know they will not help me till 21st June because still they are not sharing status of my complain I need action against them this is the situation when I am paying installation charges. My Order number is OD112579933862214000
