My set top box is not work properly i contact to costumer care and write a complain after that their engineer will come to my home and replaced my set top box from HD to SD in the warranty period. They not have all the features which in the HD set top box. I call again costumer care but they not listen and talk to me that ur set top box ix normal as a SD. We not change this. This is cheated with costumer they replace HD set top box with non hd box
And also take 150 rs for engineer charge whenever my box in warranty period. Because i recharged whole year plan
But they cheat with me.
