I have activated DND on my airtel mobile number since 2011. Every single day I do get promotional calls/SMS. I registered complaint for the same 2 times. The first time it was closed without any valid reason and the next time, even after providing the specific details of the calls, including number, date and time, airtel sent a message stating there is no such record in your call history. I did provide the SMS details too. What else am I supposed to do?
If they can’t resolve the issue, they should be clear enough instead of stating there is no such record.
