I have ordered for laptop from Amazon on 22/09/17 via order no 403-5004318-3101137 at time of booking was informed it Will be delivered on 23/09/2017 by 8 pm as I have prime membership with them i kept on waiting whole day but the product was not delivered and for a sms from Amazon stating the deliver boy was unable to deliver as he was not able to contact me which was not correct even Amazon customer service officer name Ashley agreed to me object paid 500rs as yearly prime membership under which I’m untitled for one day deliver which they have failed
They keep on making such false promise to customer and Charging 500rs for prime membership.
