Apps Daily insurance not settling mobile damage claim

I own an iphone 7 128 gb black colour worth Rs.70000/-.By mistake it fell down on the road and its screen got damanged. Thus i sent to the insurance company APPS DAILY based in mumbai in april month.
Till now i have not recvied my phone…they dont pick up the calls and reply to my messages.
i keep on calling them bt no reply comes from their side. They are not making any commitment when will they give the phone back.they have already taken the fixing amount rs.4000/-. Please help me into this
