Complaint regarding Jio recharge

Sir today I have recharged with 399 tariff plan of Jio service of my num 8xxxxxxxxx7 from SBI oxigen site. with both zone up west and up East but none has been recharged and my amount has been deducted from account if it has not Recharged then refund my money in my account..sir plzzz resolve …

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
