Money not refunded by paytm

I purchased a product of worth Rs600 from www.only.in and did the payment using paytm wallet, I didnt liked the product hence i returned it back. Only has returned my money back to the paytm, They ahve also provided me the refernece number for the same but paytm has not given me the amount Rs600 …

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
