I purchased a product of worth Rs600 from www.only.in and did the payment using paytm wallet, I didnt liked the product hence i returned it back. Only has returned my money back to the paytm, They ahve also provided me the refernece number for the same but paytm has not given me the amount Rs600 in my paytm wallet. I tried contacting them numerous times but firstly their customer care service is pathetic. couldnt connect with them many time.
and whenever by chance if I get a chance to talk to them, they only please wait for 5-6 days u will get the refund.
They are such a big liar. not ready to give my money back. I am attaching a referenece number screen shot provided by only site. Please help
