Wrong product delivered by medusify.com

I ordered a bag from medusify. Com , got delivered on 30 aug 2017 through blue dart. But the cod amount was around 20k so i opened the parcel to check the bag. The bag was not the one that i ordered so i told blue dart person that i will not pay for it …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund of Rs. 42,000/- + documents from Quikr: Mrs. Sujita Kushwaha, Bangalore 560100, Karnataka paid Rs.42,000/- to Quikr for availing RTO services. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
