I am writing to complaint against an online Flight booking site called happyeasygo.com. I have booked two way flight from happyeasygo app and total cost was 14121 Inr. Flight got cancelled by airlines few days before departure and hence i contacted happyeasygo customer care and they asked me to cancel the flight and selecting reason …

Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,688/-: Mr. Anshu Tomar of Hyderabad, Telengana booked Spicejet ticket from Hyd to Del- SG226 (Travel date: 25 Dec 2014) & Del to Hyd ( Travel date: 4 Jan 2015)-SG235. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
