I have a Airtel postpaid SIM and I am using 499 plan in which they are providing Unlimited Calling, 13 GB Data and 3000 SMS. But without intimating me they changed the plan and added a extra data changes, saying this is 1GB caping charges. They did not inform me about this and now they …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
