I have ordered 2 footwears from ‘www.fashionandyou.com’ worth Rs 1103. Order No. is 3000001213. They have sent me totally different and low quality product instead of branded one. I have written them so many mails but they are not giving response to any of my mail. Their number is unreachable. I have complaint about them …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
