Regarding refund from Flipkart vendor

I had ordered Redmi 4A on flipkart on 21/9/17. I had paid Rs4994 online. The order couldn’t get delivered and was canceled on 25/9/17 my money hasn’t been refunded yet. I have tried contacting the customer care multiple times with no solution from their side. [IN1710050731337517342]. Please guide me regarding what steps can be taken …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
