Complain against Tata Sky Service

I keep on calling from saturday (6th October2018 ). I am not able to watch any Entertainment channel ,kids channel and Hd Channel that i have paid for 2 months . When i call them they say your problem will be resolved but no Positive outcome till now. I don’t need this pathetic service . i need refund or change this setup box. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. On 16.11.2015 he registered a complaint with IFB service center since the washing machine was not working.
