Complaint against Awl Brand Kurti Dealer

Hi i’m a reseller from Kerala, bought an awl brand kurti from Chandani R Gohil through her Awl brand group in Whatsapp. I bought the kurti for Rs 800 + 100 shipping charges for my customer in Pune on 13th June and it got delivered on 27th June and she didnt give tracking details also. I ordered for a particular kurti with typical design and but she didnt send that and also low quality material. Customer returned the product and asking for refund. She is not giving address to return and refund not available. I has to pay customer Rs 150/- shipping charges for return Please help
