I have ordered 1kg dry fruits through www.bharatgiftsportal.com (Acknowledgement Number is 89504186) on 25-Dec-2017 which was supposed to be delivered on 29-Dec-2017 but nothing was delivered till 1-Jan-2018. When I called them they cancelled the order. I am still struggling to get the refund even after 1 month of followup. These guys are fraud and not willing to refund my money back. The order was for Rs 1349/-. I have also seen bad reviews about this site on their Facebook page. I tried reaching their support number but they keep abusing me. These guys are running a con business. I would need my refund along with a compensation of Rs 1000000/- for mentally harassing me. They wasted my time and energy for more than a month. I would request to help me in banning their portal and assist me getting my refund with compensation.
