I had two two urgent parcel from Hyderabad to Mumbai with consignment no ( H02588577 and H02588576 ) Which I dispatched on 12th of August. The parcel were on urgent note and I paid Rs 1700/- for it, but one of the parcels was delivered on 16th August at destination while other still couldn’t be done. Now nobody is picking my call, nobody responding on phone, No customer service. I am all fedup of calling angin and again. If sometimes call get connected, I am told that, parcel is in Hyderabad, some other executive says parcel is in Mumbai, someone says, Today will be delivered. But yet Im wating for my parcel. Please suggest what to do now because parcels were very urgent.

Very poor service of dtdc courier.
Dear Sir,
I have booked consignment on 05/09/2017 bengalore to indore in DTDC Plus but after 80 hours consignment is not deliver.
So please arrange delivery on urgent basis.
