Complaint regarding 7 Star Digital cable service

7 Star Digital Cable unilaterally remove some channels and when you call them, they pass on more than one number to reach to their respective departments. Their departments do not pick the phone and if by chance, some one picks up, they talk rudely and say dial some another number. I am really frustrated with their service; however; fear that they wont refund me my yearly payment.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
