I own a bajaj 220f. I met with an accident about 2 months ago which damaged the fairing of my bike. on 3rd July i gave my bike to the authorised service centre and was told i will get my bike back within 2 working days and hence i submitted my bike. but after 2 days the guy started giving up excuses that the parts are not available and its gonna take time. somehow he got hold of a 2009-10 model fairing which he was inclined to install but as it didnt even match i declined.and he told me that the fairing for my model (2012) will take about 10-15 days. i agreed to it but it has been 1.5 month and i have still not got back my bike. from past 10 days he is just making excuses and asking for 2 more days in every 2-3 days. i have been running to the service centre since then. now he is telling me that the bracket for the fairing is not available. and today i had gone to meet them now again he is asking for 10-30 days.if the parts are not available bajaj should come up with some solution right. either make arrangements for an exchange or something or get the parts delivered from somewhere. It has been 1.5 months and its really frustrating.

I have tried to complain of the official bajaj customer care support (“ref no- 183589”) but didnt get any support from their end either.

I am really frustrated, it has been 1.5 months, they have not provided any spare bike or anything and are continuously making excuses. kindly help me out.
