On 1st June, 2018 at Afternoon time, A lady called me and said that she called for reward points redemption of SBI credit card as I am using SBI credit card. Then she asked for Credit card Number with date of Expiry. After that She Said that I have to follow IVR system for CVV Number Entry. As per her request, I submitted CVV Number on IVR.
In IVR, there was her male team mate.
Consequently Through the process of Paytm, I had lost Rs 20000 from my Credit card Account. After recognising rhat I have been cheated, I called that Phone Number, but that didn’t connect. So I requested you to consider my problem and do the needful.
