I purchased a ACER 15 f5-573G 7gi5 laptop at cost of 60,000 /- from CROMA Gurgaon (Mg Road) on date 06 Aug 2017 and I I had been told by a salesman that this ACER laptop is a CROMA exclusive piece with attractive features and this is better than others. he forced me to buy and sold it to me. That is fine but from first day i was facing problem like hangging and automatic shutdown problems . I informed them from second day by call and visit with in 6 days (next saturday) of puchase. they asked me to update the windows OS and just pass me that this is due to not update the latest version of windows 10. I updated the full system but problem is same. I again visited CROMA next Saturday and request them to Change my laptop then they denied that CROMA is responsible only for 10 days. now you should complaint to ACER service center. I also write a complaint in ACER but they also not responding. During these days , laptop is going to dead and stop complete working.
Now I am helpless. no one is responding.
you are requested to please take a serious action and help me to resolve my problem.
I am not expecting refund but atleast change this product with another brand with same features. Please help me and do something.
i will be thankfull.
