Complaint regarding Eureka Forbes service under AMC

In year 2015 we have purchased Eureka Forbes water purifiers Magna RO + UV and after one year we purchased 2 Years AMC by paying more than Rs 9000 and after one year the machine is not working properly. My parents has made multiple complaints by phone. I myself stay outside of India and I have made several complaints online by email and by phone but every time someone says a technician will go but no one comes yet. Now it’s almost two weeks and my parents are so frustrated that they want to bring technician from outside.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
