Complaint regarding HP Notebook performance

I had purchased a new hp notebook on 21 september 2017 of Rs.21990. When i purchased Laptop, than to till it is hanging and i have complaint so many times in Hp Service Center but every time they provide me a unique solution and waste my whole day in that problem and in last they told me that provide your laptop for 2-3 days in my service center and if i gave them then there is loss if my work.hp manipulated me every time and i as not working proper on my laptop. So Please do the possible.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
