Complaint regarding improper service by Skyking couriers

My party has dispatched a consignment containing documents on 30.11 2018 from Kolkotta through Consigment No.382186843 to my office address situated in Bangalore. When I checked up the status of the consignment through tracking, the consignment has reached Bangalore local SkyKing, S.R Nagar branch on 01.12.2018. I called the SkyKing office on 4th December they said that the consignment will be delivered to me the next day. As I could not get the consignment next day I again called them to find out the status. They cut my call and totally avoided me. When again i called them on 07.12.2018 to know the Status, they communicated to me over the phone that they have lost the consignment somewhere. But today, that is on 12.12.2018, the Consigment has been forwarded back to Kolkotta without delivering the consignment to me. This I came to after tracking today again. When the consignment has lost how come they send it back to Kolkotta ? Hence, I request the consumer forum to take suitable action on such Couier Company. Its really better if such Courier Companies black listed.
