I had purchased a mobile from flipkart on 13th Nov 2016 and from that date I would have opened 20+ ticket for different issue with Apple, on Apple’s customer service request submitted the phone in Service Center(Ample Technologies), Ample Team informed they replaced the battery and display while collecting the phone found the display is replaced with an old display informed the same while collecting they deny that display is not replaced. I took the phone from Service Center and new issue occured like camera was not functional, submitted the phone again in service center to get the issue fixed and even complained old display was replaced last time.
Neither apple nor ample is ready to replace the display with the new display and informed me as there is no technical issue they can’t help me.
As there was multiple issue in phone from the day I had purchased it seems there is a manufacturing defect in the phone.
