I purchased voucher from an app known as MAGICPIN. Those vouchers were of amazon. I had 5 vouchers, among which only one worked and remaining others are not working. I contacted magicpin regarding same. But, they are not responding to my mails and messages. And when they responded to my messages on fb. They are saying that I have already used them. But, I haven’t.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. I have redeem on magicpin but shopkeeper don’t receive the points
on 1 feb 2020 , i tried to purchase amazon voucher for which i did payment of 960 from phone pe, transaction was successful from phonepe, but magicpin shows payment as dropped. So i need my refund asap. I’m sending mails from last three days, still no repy from your side. Don’t know what service you are giving to your customers.
