Complaint regarding Moto E4 plus service delay

I got moto e4 plus mobile in august 2017. in september 2017 there is problem in display and mic. i went to service center no 11.09.2017 they taken my mobile and said within three days your problem will be resolved but till date the problem is same when i call to customer service they said the part is not available. i am very disappointed with this service and harassment done by moto service center. if the moto company is incapable to supply the part then why they manufacturer mobile.
