Complaint regarding new Dish TV connection

I had booked a new dish tv dth connection on 17/3/18, they said within 4 to 24 hrs we will install that product with free delivery and no installation cost. on 19/3/18 they called me and said that we cant come that area because their is local cable operators problem is their, so you have to come our office and take that product (antenna,cable etc..) to your home, after our technician will come and fix product. they have come and install antenna and i lost 2 days salary in my office (rs 500/day),it has to refund.
