Complaint regarding no refund from Cyankart

Cyankart has not refunded my money. value: Rs 494. The crop shirt I ordered was too small so i returned it. But no one is responding to my calls or emails.I want my money to be refunded.The amount I paid was Rs.494.Please help me with this. Reference Id-CYN254236. Order Id-3132546

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
