Complaint regarding fake watches from facebook seller

I ordered online through facebook for 3 fastrack watches together ina heavily discount offer…but they provide fake damaged diffrent watch…and now the return option is also blocked. Online merchant- World Of Time

    Same thing happend to me. I Orderd on instagram for gents faststrack watches. And recieved cheap quality dead ladies watches . I would like to complaint against BALAJI TRADERS, 20/2FR37 , rohini, new delhi, 110085. Even their num is not working now 9350960884. Should take action against this kindof cheaters.
