Complaint regarding non-delivery by First Flight couriers

My Company booked a courier service first flight , after 4 days when i have not received parcel with the help of POD details i found my courier was returned to origin without try to contact , i have not received any call or no one visited my place to deliver courier , Very poor service of first flight. i am taking advice from legal advocate to send legal notice for my lose.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
