On 11th September, 2017 i ordered a Men’s white sneakers from United Colours of Benetton worth Rs 1946.35/- which i paid through online mode using debit card. On 19th september on my myntra app the status of my order was showing that the sneakers were delivered but on the contrary i neither received my order nor i was informed via sms about the product arriving in my locality. There wasn’t even any message of the courier person’s contact number who was supposed to deliver the product to me which myntra generally provides. I contacted Myntra’s customer care more than 10 times but their response was worthless.They are neither providing me the sneakers nor the cash which i paid in vain via online mode. Please help!
