Complaint regarding order with angywatches.com

I placed an order of watches from a online shopping site www.angywatches.com on December 2, 2017. The only mode of payment was online. After placing the order I received text messages of order confirmation. There has been no response from them about any further process of delivery. I sent an email on their contact id : angywatches[@]gmail.com on december 3 2017, but no reply has been received.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. A technician from from IFB came on 20.11.2015 and told the panel found faulty and it will be replaced by 23.11.2015 by IFB company since it is under warranty period.
