Complaint regarding poor cable TV service

I am staying in Guwahati, jyoti path, and I took cable connection from DD Communication sani mandir lane, Guwahati-781018 my stb no-1308C9919490051291 AND card no 01764939138-4 but after several request o my cable operator person they are not giving proper service, kindly take some action and i have paid advance one month fees.Every evening I have no connection.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
