Complaint regarding poor LG service

I am an old customer of LG. I had booked a complaint for my refrigerator GL308VAI5 through toll free number on 8 August 2018 and I got an SMS saying Sxxxxd Axxxxe will come for servicing. When I called Sxxxxd Axxxxe on the given number, he said he will not come and someone else will come. I had to again call toll free number and booked another agent Axxxxs Sxxxxxxxe. He came on 9th August and took Rs.300/- by saying that he will come on 10th August to change the pipe and fill gas. They assured me that they will come on 11th August but no one came. Since then, I am just calling and mailing on L.G. and I am being told that the agent will come to your house in half an hour. But the night is over. No service was found. I gave 24 hours on August 8, even after 4 days of completion, I did not get the service and the agent went away with 300 rupees. I need action against these two agents. LG’s call centre gives time, but no service is available at that time. Therefore, action should also be taken against them too. If today my equipment is not serviced, then take it and return its value
