Hi I’ve ordered a product from Paytm, and then I sent it back as it was the OEM product then they said they will refund the amount with in 2 days once the product is picked up and now its almost a week. PAYTM don’t have voice customer support so every day I am sending around 5 emails but I am not receiving the appropriate response from them expect the automated emails.

I sent the product back and it has been delivered to the seller but still I haven’t received the money back and the customer service they offer on emails are pathetic and at the same time they are deleting emails and closing my tickets without any resolution please lookin this case, I’ve also attached the delivery proof of the product To the seller.
