Complaint regarding refund from SHOP CJ

On 26th Dec 2017, I placed an order for 3 Sheffield Classic SH-1004 Air Fryer ( White) on SHOP CJ Website. I paid INR 10,649/- against this order through my ICICI bank account transaction no : 20171223115608 same day. The order was supposed to get delivered by 31st Dec 17 but even after multiple follow up the material didn’t get delivered till Jan-18 end. Finally, in the first week of Feb-18, I cancelled the order and asked for the refund. I have been told the refund will happen in five days but it was false commitment. Post that also I did around 8 to 10 follow up calls but each time SHOP CJ team gave me wrong commitment. Till date, I have not received any refund. Request your help to get refund on priority.
