Complaint regarding Reliance DTH Service

I am completely lost to explain you the situation and pain which i am going through after subscribing with Reliance Digital Services. I’ve subscribed with 2499/- plan in Feb 18′ which is a 2 year subscription and they just provided service for 40 days. Since more than a month i’m unable to see any of the channels which were offered in my subscription plan.

When i am trying to reach customer care folks there is no appropriate response and just trying to buy out time from me. I have also sent couple of emails with the current situation but still there is no response.

I want my subscription amount to be refunded without any second thought as they are unable to live up to the plan which i have chosen during subscribing. It is utter waste to stay back with such service provide for long tenure.

I’d request you to do the needful at the earliest.
