Complaint regarding return of product to Amazon

I had ordered oppo realme 1 from amazon. The charging port is loose which couses either low charge or no charge. I had complaint regarding this to Amazon, they said to replace the product. The method given by Amazon to return the product is self return. So i return as said. Now they are saying that the parcel which i returned is missing the mobile phone. And i have been contacting the customer service per day since 27 july, the only thing they said is wait for 24 to 48 hours. And this is already the 4th day but no action has made. Now what should I do.
