I bought a Samsung washing machine from Croma (D-14, South Extenstion II, New Delhi – 110049) on 24th December, 2015 with invoice number SAF02A048060000133. The machine found to have a manufacturing defect and got replaced on 13th January, 2016 with invoice number SLF02A048010122549. I got my old machine repaired by the time the new machine got replaced. I continued using my old machine. I kept the new replaced machine sealed and packed. On 24th June’16, I installed my new machine and found that even this machine had the same manufacturing defect which the previous one had. I registered a complaint to samsung customer care with service order number 4216479128 stating the same issue. Now the company is not willing to replace the washing machine. I request the company to replace the washing machine since it has the same manufacturing defect which was there in the previous machine.
