Complaint regarding services from Tikona

I have subscribed the Tikona internet services on 07/17/2018, but still, my internet connection is not started,

Tikona Customer care executive visited my home to see the feasibility for a new connection. As per our discussion, I had required the quarterly plan. and he was noted down as well, and he told me to pay some amount. as per my plan i paid to tikona 1944/- and he promised to do installation next day, and as per they installed the modem and connection as well. the installation person told me to login to tikona site and make the first login, but when i was trying to login and making my first login to create username and password. I was getting error like need to make the payment which i already did as per quarterly plan . due to wrong plan update by tikona engineer still i am not able to make my first login. and use the intnet services and not getting help from Tikona care.

When i called to tikona customere care execute about this issue they told me that, they have updated wrong plan on the system, i was asked for quarterly and they updated Yerly due to on webiste i was getting error for more payment. i told them please change my plan as quarterly. and i called them several times but not getting any responses from them. they says they will send the engineer but never.

I also request them to terminate the connection and refund my amount but no response from them.

I got frustrated now, as not getting any action from tikona, I want my Money back or connection should be started ASAP.
