My complaint is against M/s.Gallivant International, pheonix Mall, Ghatkopar West. It is a travel agent. After paying discussed money out of my Gratuity, they are ignoring members to give agreed additional facilities. I am talking about Gym facility for 2 members for 5 years as per our choice. There are many calls done (most of the cases, do not pick the call) and 5-6 email correspondances related to same and each time GI is giving committment of next 4 days but no progress.
I request you with this email to help us to get issue solved as I have invested much more fund in their scheme for travel throughout India in our old age. Any additional details required, will be submitted to you.
