Complaint regarding Sony Xperia service

My sister brought a sony xperia xa ultra phone worth Rs 28000 on 11/01/2017, she had a screen problem on her phone 1 month ago. when she go to the service center they ask Rs 6500 for repairing the mobile. but my question is why should i pay money on a product which have warranty? please help me on this matter because 28000 and now 6500 is big amount for us. i upload the bill of the product.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
