Complaint regarding ICICI Bank credit card settlement:
Mr. Umesh Yawalkar of Pune(info(at)smrtec.com) had posted a complaint with the Forum in connection with his dispute with ICICI Bank credit card account. He had also complained about false commitment given by ICICI collection agency Ganaraj Services Pune that their representative collected a payment of RS. 15000/- from Mr Yawalkar against settlement of his credit card account and the card account was supposed to be settled for Rs. 45000/-…

Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. After follow-ups the customer got her money by 12-03-2015.

Refund from Fitness First – Rs.3,000 – Ms. Aspriha Bhaumik of Indiranagar, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka had paid advance to a fitness club called Fitness First. The Club was later closed down but Ms. Bhaumik did not receive refund of the advance amount. She posted her complaint at ICF on 16-07-2016 and the matter was taken up with the Club. Ms. Bhaumik finally got refund 19-07-2016.

Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-:
Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. The claim was not settled till January 2010 when he posted the complaint with ICF and ICF took up the complaint with Reliance/Mediassist. His claim was finally settled on 13-05-2010 for Rs.32.643.
