Complaint regarding unauthorised EMI card debit by Bajaj Finserv

I took up EMI card from them long back when there was no annual maintenance charge. Last year Rupess 100 got debited from my account and on enquiry I was told this is the maitainence fee for the card. However on demanding the scan copy of my authorisation they failed to provide the same and they stopped communicating after that and I had no option but to give a call to call center and cancel the same. I have the acknowledgement that it stands cancelled in their system. Again on 23rd Oct 2017, 117 rupees got debited. Unfortunately I could not reach any call center this time. I demand strong action be taken for this comapny as they are looting customers like this. It is clear case of fraud. Any time they can debit my account without my consent. I demand Rs 50000 as my compensation for mental agony and harrasment for their mischeivious act
