Complaint regarding Vodafone service

I lost my sim card due to which I had issued another prepaid sim card on my name after deactivating the old one. The Vodafone store people told me that I had to submit my documents and then I’ll have to clear my dues of 2159 rupees and my sim card with be activated in 48 hours. This was 15 days earlier from today’s date. After 48 hours, the sim did not get activated and when I called Vodafone care they told me that my first sim card is still working. So the Vodafone store didn’t block my sim card at the first place. After that I got to know that my activation got cancelled because I had approx 250 rupees pending, so again the Vodafone store : ACE COMMUNICATIONS, hinjewadi gave me wrong information due to which I had to face so many problems. Let me tell you that Vodafone is the most useless and non consumer friendly network, I have been calling Vodafone care since past 15 days and they are just telling me that the sim card will be activated in 48 hours. I called the Vodafone store also and they said that “aapko Jo karna Hai karo, hum aapki help nahi karenge”, I called the nodal officer and have mailed them at least 5 times and nobody picks up the call and no one even calls back after responding to the mail. I am stuck and am facing so much inconvenience, this is probably the most pathetic network in the whole world and should shut down in India. I have a company with all Vodafone connections and will port all of them to Airtel which is far better. These are my complaint numbers from nodal office: 1884960897, 383808084, 207576996
