I had ordered a bajaj px 97 36 ltrs room air cooler and they delivered me a wrong product which is bajaj frio 23 ltrs, which is not only less in capacity to my requirement but also in price. I immediately booked return request , but still they didn’t refunded my money and didn’t arranged any return pickup. Its been 18 days , no reply from them, they don’t even pick calls. I have to buy new Cooler, but my credit limit has blocked due to non refund of the amount. They completely ruining themselves by providing pathetic services to their customers. Please help me regarding this matter and take some actions against these fraud companies.
