Consignment not delivered by Trackon couriers

I am going to raise a complaint on “Trackon” courier. It is to inform that I booked parcel on 22.09.2017 from Khajpura Branch of Trackon courier to arrive at Delhi vide Awb no. 3101070423. But till date parcel couldn’t arrived on it’s address mentioned on parcel. I have contacted many time to courier person even I contacted to it’s regional office situated at exhibition Road, Patna,but no any one clear my resolution. Sir I am in great problem so kindly look in to the matter seriously and do any needful action.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
